Get campaign stats

Engagement and revenue stats for a single email campaign. stats is null when no stats are available, and counts, rates and revenue are each null until that section is computed.

Explicit, versioned view over the cached stats blob — the raw blob is never passed through, so internal key changes can’t break API consumers. Sections the campaign has no cached data for serialize as null.
